Specify the plausibility checks for your investment support measures in this processing step. You can define each investment support measure so that - depending on the organizational units (plant, cost center, asset class) - it appears as a default value during asset master record maintenance and is checked automatically.
Requirements
- You must have defined the investment support measures.
- You must have set the check indicator when defining the investment support measures.
Actions
- Create plausible combinations of organizational units for each of your investment support measures.
If there is no entry for a specific organizational type, you will not be able to set up the given measure in an asset master record which manages this organizational type.
If there is no entry at all in the table, this means that you can manage this measure in all units (no plausibility check).
- Identify the measures which should appear as default values in asset master maintenance.
Further notes (Transport)
You can include the support measure in a transport request in the overview screen of the transaction under Object -> Transport. Note that the definition of the suppoert measure applies only in specific clients. Therefore, you need to transport not only if you need transports between systems (for example, from a test system to a productive system), but also in order to make the support measure available in other clients.
