Define the individual asset history sheet versions in this section.
A history sheet can be made up of the following columns:
- Column 00 : Initial values
- Column 99 : Final values
- Columns 01 to 06: Intermediate values
The asset history sheet versions are used in report "RAGITT01".
Default settings
SAP delivers the following asset history sheet versions, for example:
- total depreciation
- acquisition values
- asset history sheet in compliance with EC directives
- transferred reserves
- special reserves
You can use these versions without making changes.
Activity
Define your own versions according to your requirements. The key should beginn with X, Y or Z.
Further notes (Transport)
You can include the history sheet version in a transport request in the overview screen of the transaction under History sheet -> Transport. Note that the definition of the history sheet version applies only in specific clients. Therefore, you need to transport not only if you need transports between systems (for example, from a test system to a productive system), but also in order to make the history sheet version available in other clients.
