Use

In this Customizing activity, you can activate different additional functions for kanban control cycles, such as the lifecycle and change documents.

  • Lifecycle

    The following statuses are available to you for the control cycle after activation:

    • In Creation
    • Created with planned release date
    • Released with release date and planned lock date
    • Locked with lock date

      After you have activated the lifecycle, all already existing kanban control cycles are displayed as Released with the release date Initial.

      All control cycles must have been released before you can deactivate the lifecycle.

  • Change documents

    This function enables you to trace and monitor changes to the kanban control cycle. Each change, whether manual or automatic, results in the creation of a document.
