Use
With this IMG activity you can set which event-driven kanban the system is to delete in your plants. For each plant you can make the following settings:
- Minimum age of a kanban before it can be deleted
- Minimum number of kanbans that must remain in each control cycle if any kanbans within that control cycle are deleted
The system adopts the values as default values in the report Deletion of event-driven kanbans (transaction PK23L). The report deletes event-driven kanbans that have green status in the kanban board but leaves the given minimum number of kanbans and all kanbans that have not reached the minimum age.
Requirements
Standard settings
The report Deletion of Event-Driven Kanbans adopts the values from the IMG activity as the default values. This is beneficial if you regularly run the report in the background. You can however still overwrite the default values in the report.
