Here you define the Quick-Info for the kanbans displayed in the kanban board.
Entries, i.e. data fields, which you choose here, appear in the kanban board as quick info. For example, if you choose 'Actual quantity' and 'Material document number' then the kanban quick info displays the corresponding actual quantity with the number of the material document.
Now you can select futher details for the quick info. If you do not make an entry in the field for the actual quantity, then only the quantity is displayed which the kanban contains. If you select the short, medium or long field labels for the actual quantity, then as well as the quantity, the text of the field label is displayed (e.g. 'Actual quantity 10').
If you select several data fields, then these will be summarized into a quick info. The quick info can be a maximum of 80 characters long.
If you do not select any data fields, then no quick info is displayed for the kanbans in the kanban board.
Activities
- In the segment Status choose the operation Define contents of the quick info.
- Enter the view for which you want to make the settings and choose Continue.
This takes you to the screen Change quick info for kanbans.
- Choose the data fields that you need by choosing Field selection.
- Select data fields from the Pool of orders/operations in the table Selection, and choose Continue.
- For every data field, determine wether you would also like to display field labels and which ones you would like to use.
- Choose Save.
