In this workstep you maintain the list structure for transportation tenders through the Internet. With this function, you can define which information the forwarding agent is to receive if he/she processes a transportation tender through the Internet.

The information contained in the tender for the forwarding agent is divided into five categories:

  1. Display of shipment information
  2. Display of stage information
  3. Display of shipping unit information
  4. Display of delivery information
  5. Display of delivery item information

You can defined for each forwarding agent which data is displayed in which category.
