In this menu option, you assign texts for the address, letterhead, footer and salutation according to the following criteria:
This way you can specify the position of these texts in the output document (for example, header, footer) when you print output documents, depending on the sales organization, sales office or shipping point.
To be able to carry out your allocations you have to make the following entries for each sales organization, sales office or shipping point:
- Address text
Key of the standard text which contains the address of the sender
- Footer text
Key of the standard text which contains the footer
- Letterhead text
Key of the standard text which contains the letterhead
- Salutation text
Key of the standard text which contains the salutation
Requirements
You must define the standard texts that you want to allocate beforehand. The allocated texts should be identified "SDVD" if they are to be printed as a fixed component of the form.
Furthermore, the sales organizations, sales offices and shipping points, for which an allocation should be made, must be defined.
Actions
- Assign the texts by sales organization, sales office or shipping point.
