SAP provides the following enhancements for Valuation and Account assignments:
- LIFO0040 User interfaces for LIFO valuation
- NIWE0000 Changing quantities in balance sheet valuation
- NIWE0001 Lowest value determination by market prices
- NIWE0002 Lowest value determination by range of coverage or
movement rate - NIWE0003 Lowest value determinaation: loss-free valuation
- LMR1M002 Account grouping for GR/IR account determination

Activities
- Create the enhancement.
Create either a new project or use an existing project.
- Activate the project.
Only when you activate the project does the enhancement take effect.
Further notes
Enhancements are - unlike modifications - release insensitive, since they are not created in original SAP namespace, but in the namespace reserved for the customer.
You will find the general procedure for creating enhancements in the enhancement transaction by choosing Help -> Extended help. Each enhancement is documented. You display the documentation by selecting SAP-docu in the enhancement transaction.
