Standard settings

The standard system includes the following search helps for the collective search help MBAN:

Search help        Searches for requisitions

MBANA            by asset number

MBANB            by requirement tracking number

MBANF            via release status

MBANG            by order

MBANK            by cost center

MBANN            by network

MBANP            by project

MBANV            by sales document

Recommendation

Since a large number of search helps can impair the performance of your system, you should check which ones you wish to use and deactivate any that are not needed.

Activities

  1. Check whether the search helps included in the standard system satisfy your needs.
  2. If necessary, supplement the search helps for the collective search help MBAN.
  3. Deactivate any search helps that are surplus to requirements.
