In this step, you define the rebate arrangement types.

Standard settings

The following rebate arrangement types are available:

  • 1000 for volume-based incentive rebate
  • 2000 for material volume-based incentive rebate
  • 3000 for hierarchy volume-based incentive rebate

Via the condition type group used, you can set up rebate arrangements for the following levels:

Vendor or prior vendor:

  • Vendor/settlement group
  • Vendor
  • Vendor/vendor sub-range

Material volume-based incentive rebate

  • Vendor/material

Vendor hierarchy:

  • Vendor hierarchy volume-based incentive rebate
  • Vendor hierarchy/material volume-based incentive rebate
  • Vendor hierarchy/vendor sub-range volume-based incentive rebate

Activities

  1. Check which arrangement types may occur in your Purchasing system and whether you can adopt the arrangement types provided in the standard system.
  2. Specify a numeric key (max. four digits) and a name for the arrangement types.
  3. Define the detailed data for each arrangement type.
