In this step, you define default values for batch input reports used in physical inventory.
These reports do not allow you to transfer data from an external system, but allow bulk processing of data in the ERP system (for example, creating physical inventory documents for all materials in a storage location).

You carry out the data transfer in the step Data Transfer in Inventory Management and Physical Inventory.
Default Settings
In the standard SAP R/3 System, all fields relevant for a report are already filled.

Maintain the settings for every batch input report.
