In this step, you configure whether the items of the reference document are proposed as selected on the item selection list when entering a document with reference, or not.
The user can delete the check marks manually on the item selection list if she/he does not want to adopt some items.
Recommendation
It is useful to set this indicator if usually all or most of the items of the reference document are to be adopted.
Default Settings
In the standard system, the items are proposed selected.
Specify for every transaction whether the items of the reference document are to be defaulted or not.
