In this work step, you can assign a priority type to each maintenance order type.

Recommendation

If you want the priority to be transferred from the notification into the order, you must use the same priority types for the notification and the order. This is very useful because the desired deadline for the notification and the order can be calculated from the priority type.

Notes

Please note that the change of priority does not automatically produce a new calculation of the desired deadline for the notification and the order.

However, in the order processing, you can activate an automatic recalculation of the deadlines using a user exit.
