In this step, you can assign two status profiles to each order type.
You thereby have the option of maintaining a user status profile for each of the following:
- Order header data
- Order operation data
SAP Recommendation
Use a standard status profile for all order types.
This ensures that all statuses for orders have the same meaning for all order types.
This is clearer for the user, particularly for selections using individual order statuses or lists of orders, and easier to interpret than if the relevant meaning of the status has to be determined using the status profile for each order type.
You maintain the status profiles in the step 'Environment'.
