You also determine whether the individual shop papers are displayed with selection indicator 'X' or without selection indicators for the print proposal.
If the shop papers are displayed with selection indicators, the user must deselect shop papers which should not be printed. If the shop papers are displayed without selection indicators, the user must select the required shop papers.
Note
You can enter the shop papers to be printed and the maintenance document types generically in each case and specify the selection indicator for each entry.
