You can activate the print diversion in this step.
The activation is carried out for each shop paper. For every shop paper, a field name can be selected, on the basis of which the print is diverted.
Example
You want to access particular printers for the shop paper 'ABCD' depending on the cost center.
The following actions are necessary:
- Check whether a corresponding entry already exists for the required shop paper. If one or more entries exist for this shop paper, you must check whether an entry field name "KOSTL" exists.
- If you find an entry with the cost center field, you must activate it.
If no corresponding entry exists, you must create it. By entering and activating this entry, you activate the print diversion depending on the cost center.
Note
Per shop paper, only one entry can be active at a time with which the print diversion is determined since otherwise the unambiguity of printer allocation cannot be guaranteed.
The output device selected with the print diversion has the highest priority. This means that the user-dependent or shop paper dependent selections for determining the output device are overwritten by the print diversion.
