Activities
In this activity, you define print profiles for dynamically controlling the print output of shipping and transport messages.
After you have defined the print profiles, you should assign at least one application to each profile. Proceed as follows:
- In the table, select a valid print profile. Choose Assign applications to print profiles from the navigation tree.
A profile can only be used for the applications specified. The advantage of this procedure is that the input help for print profiles is restricted to valid print profiles.
Example
- If only application V2 is assigned to the print profile "Packband1" (Shipping), this profile can only be used to control the print output for shipping messages (for example, delivery note, shipping notifications etc.).
- If the applications V2, V3, V6, and V7 are assigned to the print profile "Packband2", this profile can be used to control the print output for shipping, billing, shipping units, and transport messages.
