In this step, you specify the output medium with reference to an attendee type (such as person or organizational unit).
Example
When you enter the value M for attendee of type P (person), you specify that an employee of your company should receive notifications from Training and Event Management via e-mail (if he or she has a valid mail address).
Requirements
The relevant addresses or parameters for the various output media (e-mail, fax, printer and so on) must be available.
Standard settings
The standard SAP R/3 system contains no predefined attendee type-related output media.
Recommendation
Ensure that the output medium you define is, in fact, available for the attendee type concerned.
Activities
Enter output media for attendee types.
Further notes
The attendee type-related output control overrides the output control you set in the step Specify User-Specific Output Control.
