In this step, you determine per attendee type which actions are to be performed during follow-up processing for a business event:
- Transfer of the business event objectives as qualifications to the business event attendee
You must set this option if you want the system to check whether an attendee has the prerequisite qualifications when he or she is booked for an event.
Note
For information on the checks carried out during booking and prebooking, refer to the IMG for Training and Event Management under Day-To-Day Activities -> Booking -> Attendee Checks . - Deletion of the relationships between business event and attendee (relationship 025 "is attended")
- Creation of a relationship between attendee and business event type (relationship 034 "attended").
Recommendation
SAP recommends that you only select the first of these options for follow-up processing, as a general rule.
Note
Both relationship 025 and 034 are read during the checks for prerequisite event attendance. You should ensure that the two relationships do not exist simultaneously. Therefore, you should select NEITHER option (which SAP recommends), or select BOTH options.

Set the necessary parameters for business event follow-up processing.
Further notes
You can override the settings you make here with settings stored for the business event type in the Procedure infotype (1030) (in conjunction with the attendee checks set in Customizing).
If you want automatic output of attendance confirmations during follow- up processing, you must specify this in the step Specify user-specific output control. Here you specify a default output medium for automatic output for the notification abbreviation TEIL.
