In this step, you can assign individual users to a user group. This enables you to have user-specific output control for the notifications in Training and Event Management.
Example
User SMITH can be assigned to the user group LIMIT, which only contains two notification abbreviations: BUCH and STOR. The other abbreviations have been deactivated with the entry **.
Requirements
You must first define the user group with the relevant notification abbreviations in the step Specify user-specific output control.
The user must have a valid user master record.
Activities
If required, assign your users to user groups.
Further notes
The user group * is taken for any user not assigned to a specific user group.
