In this step, you maintain recipient groups for Correspondence in Training and Event Management (TEM).

Recipient groups comprise the addressees of the various types of correspondence generated by transactions in TEM (the attendees of a business event, for example, are the recipient group for a booking confirmation).

Standard settings

The standard system contains entries for the recipient groups that occur most frequently in TEM. Function modules have been assigned to these groups as follows:

  • Recipient group Attendances - RH_GET_ADDR_ATTE
  • Recipient group Cancellation - RH_GET_ADDR_CANC
  • Recipient group Prebooked - RH_GET_ADDR_PREB
  • Recipient group Instructor - RH_GET_ADDR_INST
  • Recipient group Organizer - RH_GET_ADDR_ORGA
  • Recipient group Name Tags (for attendees) - RH_GET_ADDR_ATTE
  • Supervisor (attendances) - RH_GET_ADDR_ATTE_SUPERIOR
  • Supervisor (canceled) - RH_GET_ADDR_CANC_SUPERIOR
  • Supervisor (prebooked) - RH_GET_ADDR_PREB_SUPERIOR

Activities

Check whether the standard settings cover all the recipient groups you require.

If necessary, add your own recipient groups.

  1. Assign your recipient groups a function module.
  2. Do so by copying an existing function module and making the necessary adjustments to it.
