- Flow type
- Main usage type
- Corporate group indicator
- Account determination key 4 (account determination value)
The main usage type is an attribute of the business and the property; the corporate group indicator is an indicator of the partner (master tenant with customer account in rental agreement).
The fourth account determination key is a user-defined factor that can be maintained in the lease-out or in the rental unit (Account determination value field).

Determine which factors apart from the flow type should have an influence on the account determination.
