1. Delete all keys you do not need.
2. Create all necessary service charge keys (New entries).
3. Save your entries.

   You can define the following attributes for each service charge key:

1. Belongs to operating costs or to heating expenses
2. Costs are apportionable or not apportionable
3. Which apportionment unit of the service charge keys is to be used exclusively for apportionment
4. Whether the regional location key for heating value days is to be taken into account
