In this section, you determine the data of the settlement companies for the external heating expenses settlement.
Here you have to assign a freely definable key for the name of the settlement company, the name of the settlement company, your customer number at the settlement company and an indicator for the type of the settlement.
Activities
- SC: Indicator of the settlement company
- CustNo.: company code-dependent customer number, under which your company is managed at the settlement company.
- Short name/name: Names for the company
- Vr: The indicator determines
- whether or not the settlement company settles the costs the tenant has to pay as total costs or
- whether it offsets the advance payments already made by the tenant against the calculated costs.
The value set here is set as a default value when a central heating system is created.
