In this IMG activity, you determine with which factor the billing days for the case classifications are to be valuated in K5.2 standard billing day statistics (Federal Regulation for Hospitals Germany).
Use
The valuated case classifications are output in the Standard billing days column in the statistics.
Requirements
- You need to have created a category for the case classification.
Define classification categories
In this classification category, the classification characteristics cannot occur in parallel for a case (you should not select Parallel classification types allowed).
- You need to have created classification types for this classification category:
- Chief physician choice (internal classification type 10)
- External physician choice (internal classification type 11)
Activities
Enter the classification category and classification type in the fields CC and CT. Specify the validity period of the valuation factor in the fields Valid from and Valid to. You enter the factor itself in the Factor field. Note that the factor is a surcharge here. If you want to define a discount, you have to enter a negative factor.
