In this IMG activity, you assign keys and names for the work organizers that are required in your healthcare facility. These are valid client-wide.
The keys are used for all further settings. The system displays the texts are displayed in the Choose Form... print dialog box in the application functions.
You set the language control indicator (LgC field) for a work organizer if you wish to output this form in a language other than that of the user's logon language. The system determines the language in relation to the recipient of the form (patient, insurance provider). This, however, requires the language indicator to be set in the output conditions as well.
Note that when language control is activated, relevant language versions of the form must be defined in the system and that the language entries must exist for Customizing texts.
Select the log indicator (L) for those forms whose printout you want to log. If you want to use functions that are based on form logging (e.g. mass printing of admission or discharge notifications), also enter the internal logging type (Lty).
SAP Recommendation
If you have created a client with several institutions, and different work organizers are required for the various institutions, you should assign a name range to each institution. The keys of the work organizers could begin with the number of the institution, for example.
Activities
- Enter your work organizer keys (Wrk.Org. field)
- In the Description field, enter a description which is commonly used in your institution. This text is displayed in the application functions.
- For each work organizer, enter the work organizer type (WOrgType field) that provides the data to be printed from the required functions ("events").
You can display the permitted values by calling the value help.
Mandatory Activity
You have to maintain a work organizer for the worl organizer types RECH_TS or RECH_TSS (Invoice Printout Singapore and Switzerland) for invoice printout. Store the data that should be used for creating the spool request when single invoice control is deactivated (i.e. test print mode). For further information, refer to note 443638.
