Use
Visit statuses are used in the
visit overview of Outpatient Clinic Management. The visit statuses you define in this IMG activity can be used to record the current status (e.g. "notified of appointment", "being treated", etc.) of a visit in the visit overview. Furthermore, you can use the visit status to generate a specific view of particular visits for a given day in the visit overview.
The following describes how to define visit statuses that are relevant for your visit management system based on the internal preset visit statuses. It also describes how to maintain your own output texts.
Activities
- Enter the institution in the Inst field.
- Enter a two-character key in the Status field. This key is output as the current visit status in the visit overview of Outpatient Clinic Management.
- You can display the valid internal visit statuses by calling the value help for the IntVisitSt field.
- The output text you maintain for the visit status should reflect the meaning of the preset internal visit status.
Requirements
If you don't want to customize visit status management, you are nevertheless required to maintain the following internal statuses for standard visit status management:
- 10 = waiting list
- 20 = planned (movement)
- 30 = actual (movement)
