Activities

  1. Enter the key for the function of the case-to-person assignment in the Ext.Fc field.
  2. Assign this function to an internally predefined function (Int.Fc). The possible input values are listed in the value help for this field. You can assign several external functions to one internal function.
  3. Enter the descriptive text for the function in the Text field. This text should reflect the significance of the internal function.
  4. By flagging the M (for multiple entry) checkbox, you stipulate that several persons with the same function can be assigned to one case.

Recommendation

You should at least assign one external function to the internally predefined functions, thus enabling you to assign physicians to the movements (admission, visit, absence and discharge).
