Recommendation
Here it is useful to specify name elements that are to be entered in the Name Affix or Name Prefix fields in the IS-H System. In this way, you make sure that these name affixes or prefixes are not taken into account in the patient index search. This enables you to minimize the risk of patients being entered more than once in the system, even when the patient's name is entered incorrectly.
