Activities
In this IMG activity, the events used by the SAP programs are assigned configuration data. This enables, for example, FI functions to be called in relation to your system configuration (e.g. SAP FI version 2.2 or SAP R/2 RF version 5.0).
The configuration specifications include:
- The release data for which the respective function is supported
- The name of the function module that executes the function
- Information as to whether the call will be performed on another processor (e.g. via Remote Function Call).
The table is generally maintained by SAP.
Note that the release data in this table must correspond to the data in the System Attributes table (TN02A). Example: if you specify a 2.2B release as the system, the required events must have this type of release entry.
The relevant entries for IS-H are under the application N.
For events that establish connections to SAP applications (Financial Accounting, for example), the respective program which establishes the connection must be specified. Default settings have been made by SAP, but you can modify them, if necessary.
