In this IMG activity, you define which categories of building units can be assigned to which categories of organizational units.

Use

When defining the organizational and building structure of your hospital (transaction code NB35), you can only assign those building units below organizational units for which you have carried out the corresponding category assignment in this table.

Example

You want to assign sickrooms (S) to a care unit (CU).

  • BUCt.: building unit category
  • OUCt.: organizational unit category

Activities

Enter the categories of the building unit for the institution concerned and define the higher-level organizational unit category.

Note

  • Please ensure that when specifying the lower-level building unit category, you enter a building unit category from higher up in the building hierarchy (room or corridor).
  • The contrary applies to the higher-level building unit category. Here, ensure that you enter an organizational unit category from lower down in the organizational hierarchy (care or nursing unit).
