In the following activity, you define

  • Whether the local ledgers can be processed and posted to from company codes
  • Whether the global ledgers can be processed and posted to from global companies
  • Whether texts can be entered in multiple languages

Note

You have to activate the local and global ledgers before they can be posted to in the Special Purpose Ledger application component.

Example

You can use local or global ledgers at the company code/global company level for creating company-specific revenue analyses or for group reporting purposes. You have the option of combining and valuating non-standard and standard dimensions using various levels of detail.
