  2. Specify whether the opening balance of the plan summary records is to be entered as line items.
  3. Enter the required document type.

Transport type

If you want to transport the Customizing setting for writing global line items into the productive system and the opening balance of the plan summary records is to be entered as line items, you must execute this function in the productive system.

If you want to transport the Customizing setting for writing global line items into the productive system, but do not want to enter the opening balance of the plan summary records as line items, you can do so via view maintenance in the "Maintain Global Version Parameters" step.
