In this step, you can (prior to the productive start, for example) delete the contents of FI-SL tables, that is transaction data. You have the following options:

  • You can delete the data of an individual ledger
    Enter the desired ledger. You can also make additional resrictions.
  • You can delete the data of an entire table group
    To do so, enter the desired summary table.

You should use a test run to determine what data will be deleted based on your selections. If you delete transaction data, you can request a deletion statistic.

Note

You should only delete test data. Never use this function in a production system.

Activities

  1. Specify the scope of the transaction data to be deleted.
  2. Specify whether the system is to display an overview in the test run of the data to be deleted, based on the current selection.
  3. Request a statistic of the deleted transaction data as needed.
