In this step, you can display the graphics for the assignments made for a specific FI-SL object (ledger, company code, global company or activity). You can also maintain the selected object directly from this function.
Using this function, you can carry out a significant amount of your configuration settings.
Actions
- Specify for which FI-SL object (ledger, company code, global company or activity) you want to display the assignments in graphic form. This object forms the highest node in the hierarchy displayed.
- If only specific assignments are to be displayed for the selected object (for example, one specific company code for a ledger), you have the possibility of limiting the selection criteria.
- Specify whether the hierarchy settings are to be displayed for direct posting or for subsequent posting.
- Execute the hierarchy graphics.
- Change the displayed assignments, if required, by double-clicking on the desired node. The system then accesses the screen on which you can make changes to the assignment you selected. The changes you make are immediately displayed in the graphic.
