Activities
In this activity, you call up a workflow task group in which all available standard workflows are put together. You have to maintain the agent assignment for each required workflow task. If it is to be used in the action box and you do not want to assign an agent to it, you have to classify the task as a "General task".
You do not necessarily have to carry out the second activity, Activate event linking. Although this activity is part of the standard transaction, it is not absolutely necessary for the workflow in the action box.
