Use

In this Customizing activity, you can add Russia-specific fields to standard asset accounting reports.

For the standard reports below, you can use the following customizing includes to extend the relevant structures with the fields as required:

You can only include fields beginning with GLO* (fields from tables GLOFAAASSETDATA and GLOFAATMDPNDNT).

Activities

To add new fields to the asset accounting reports, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Data type field, enter the name of the structure as required and choose Change.
  2. On the Components tab page, double-click the relevant customizing include.
  3. Create the structure and add the new fields as required on the Components tab page.
    4. Note

Only add fields beginning with GLO* (fields from tables GLOFAAASSETDATA and GLOFAATMDPNDNT).

  1. Choose Activate.

This Customizing activity only allows you to include the Russia-specific fields in the asset accounting reports. To allow the system filling in the fields with data, make the settings in the Customizing activity Customizing Include: Add Russian Fields to Logical Database.
