Use

In this Customizing activity, you can add Russia-specific fields to the logical database (ADA), which allows the system to automatically fill in the Russia-specific fields in the standard asset accounting reports.

You can only include fields beginning with GLO* (fields from tables GLOFAAASSETDATA and GLOFAATMDPNDNT).

Note

If there are more than one time-dependent records in the table GLOFAATMDPNDNT for the current asset, the system selects only the one that is valid on the reporting date

Activities

To add new fields to the logical database, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Database table field, enter ANLAV and choose Display.
  2. On the Components tab page, double-click the customizing include CI_GLOFIELDS.
  3. Create the structure and add the new fields as required on the Components tab page.
    4. Note

Only add fields beginning with GLO* (fields from tables GLOFAAASSETDATA and GLOFAATMDPNDNT).

  1. Choose Activate.

This Customizing activity only allows the system to fill in the Russia-specific fields already included in the standard asset accounting reports. To include these fields in the reports, make the settings in the Customizing activity Customizing Include: Add Russian Fields to Reports.
