Use

You want to use roles from the production environment.

The following roles are available:

• Plant Manager 2.0
• Production Supervisor 1.0

  Note

  In EHP 4, the Production Supervisor 1.4 is offered. This role represents an enhancement of the Production Supervisor 1.0. The role has been enhanced by the addition of new worksets and worklists. Furthermore, the Production Supervisor 1.4 can now also be used in the process industry and in repetitive manufacturing.

• Maintenance Technician
• Quality Inspector

You make settings for the roles under Integration with Other SAP Components -> Business Packages / Functional Packages.

Note

The role Plant Manager 1.0 is obsolete. As of release ECC 600/SAP ERP 2005, use the role Plant Manager 2.0..
