Use

The authorization objects for real estate master data and the authorization object for the real estate contract contain the Authorization Group field. This field can be entered on the master data (or derived automatically by implementing an appropriate BAdI).

You enter the authorization groups that you want to differentiate. These values for the field only serve as input help in the application, that is, there is no check if the values are allowed.

The users need to be informed of the authorization groups to be used.
