Use

In this activity, you have to make settings for the role categories that need to have a customer account in Financial Accounting (for example, master tenant with customer account).

Note

If you have not defined your own customer role categories, you do not have to change the standard settings for Flexible Real Estate Management.


  • If you want a role to be defined as a customer role, set the "Cust. Role Y/N" indicator. If you then create a business partner with this role, a customer is automatically created or assigned for the business partner.
  • If you want creating or assigning a customer to be optional during processing of the business partner, set the "Assign Customer Yes/No" indicator.
  • If you want the customer number to be displayed when the business partner is processed, set the "Display customer number" indicator.
  • In the "FM Customer Indic." field you can enter the name of the function module that sets the indicators instead of the indicator in this dialog. By using a function module, you can, for example, have the system automatically create the customer or not, depending on the context (or the user).
  • The "FM Cust. Defaults" field is applicable when you use automatic creation. Here you can enter a function module that sets the default values for the customer. In order for the default values entered in Customizing to be set, you have to enter the BPOB_TRD001_VORBEL_DEB function module here.

If you have not defined any customer roles of your own, you do not need to change the standard settings for RE-FX.
