Use

The role type can be used to more specifically classify, in addition to the role category, the relationship of the partner to the object. In correspondence, for example, you can make the relationship more specific so that certain letters are not sent to all tenants, but only to tenants with the "prospective purchaser" role type. Keep in mind that the role type is not an attribute of the partner it can be entered only in the partner-object (or contract) relationship. The field can only be filled if at least one role type has been created for the role of the partner.
