Use
Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) controls the account determination using main and subtransctions. Therefore, for automatic postings in Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX), a main and subtransaction must be defined for each transaction type that could be relevant for FI-CA. This concerns all transaction types that cause customer postings, and, dependent on the setting, also the transaction types that cause vendor postings.
The definition of the main and subtransactions is independent of the application indicator. This means that in the following dialog, you see all main and subtransactions that are defined for Flexible Real Estate .

In the Customizing delivered, a main transaction is created for every condition type that is assigned to condition group CO04. This main transaction begins with R. A subtransaction is created for every transaction type that is to be posted as a customer posting.
