In this menu option, you define the layout of individual lines of the following overviews:

  • "Operation overview" at entry
  • "Summary confirmation" at entry

    Overview of the secondary resource for an operation.

  • "Confirmation overview" at cancellation and display

The following line categories are possible for these overviews:

  • Overview line
  • Operation line
  • Secondary resource line
  • Confirmation line

The individual lines are always edited in a separate FORM routine that you can set in this menu option. The possible display data is transferred via the memory, so that you can also store the FORM routine in an external report.

To support the help function and the possible entries function, you must observe the following restrictions:

  • You must describe each line categories in a separate FORM routine.
  • Up to two lines of data can be edited.
  • The layout of each line must be maintained via the Data Dictionary, using the language element "INCLUDE STRUCURE".
  • You have to use the first "INCLUDE STRUCTURE" entry in the FORM routine to describe the first output line.

Activities

  1. Define the layout of the individual line categories.
  2. Describe the structure in a FORM routine of an ABAP/4 program.
  3. Enter the FORM routine and the program name in the table.
