In this menu option, you can combine those system messages that belong together from a logical point of view into one area of responsiblity.
You can thus sort the messages that occur in the error log, and, using message management, forward them to the person responsible.
With the groups, you can sort system messages within one area of responsibility according to further logical criteria (such as work area). You can define these groups as you wish.
Activities
- Check which system messages belong to which areas of responsiblity in your company.
- Enter the work area and the message number.
- Allocate the message to the respective area of responsibility.
- If additional sort criteria are required, you will have to enter the respective key as the group term.
