There are two types of number assignment:

• Internal number assignment

  When creating a campaign, the system automatically assigns a sequential number from the number interval that you have specified.

• External number assignment

  When creating a campaign, you must assign a number from the relevant number interval.

Standard settings

In the standard setup, number ranges for the production campaign have default values.

Activities

Change or delete the number ranges in the system if required.
