In this step, you define relevancy to costing keys for operations and phases. The keys are defined per valuation variant. They determine price factors for fixed and variable costs.
Using these factors, the costs incurred for the material list items and for the operations and phases of the recipe are modified and taken over into costing.

The price factors are ignored in the following costing types:

  • standard cost estimate
  • costing of the process order in the master recipe
  • costing of the process order for actual data

In these cases the system uses the price factor 100%.

Note

With the "relevancy to costing" key "X", the system always uses price factor 100%

Actions

  1. If an entry is to be valid for all valuation variants, you have to enter the value +++ in field VVa.

    Otherwise, enter a relevant valuation variant.

  2. Enter a "relevancy to costing" key.
  3. Assign a price factor for fixed costs and one for variable costs to the "relevancy to costing" key.
