Use
In this activity you can go to table T77CDOC_CUST (Activate Creation of Change Documents) and define for which infotypes/subtypes, object types, and plan versions the creation of change documents is to be activated.
The creation of change documents is only activated for the combination of plan version, object type, and infotype/subtype you enter in this table. Only entries for which X is entered in the Active field are considered.
Requirements
The infotypes for which you activate the creation of change documents must have been entered in table T77CDOC (Administration of Change Document Object Class). This table contains the Personnel Planning infotypes delivered by SAP that are intended to be used for the creation of change documents.
For a customer-specific infotype, you must first create a change document object in transaction SCDO and an individual function group. You must then enter the infotype in table T77CDOC before you can activate this infotype for the creation of change documents in this activity in table T77CDOC_CUST.
For more information about how to set up the creation of change documents for customer-specific infotypes, see the SAP Library under Human Resources -> HR Tools -> Creation of Change Documents for Personnel Planning Infotypes -> Creation of Change Documents for Customer-Specific Infotypes.
Standard settings
The table is empty as standard. You must enter the combination of plan version, object type, and infotype/subtype that you require and activate them for the creation of change documents in the Active field.
Activities
Enter the combination of plan version, object type, and infotype/subtype for which you want to activate the creation of change documents. You can enter * (wildcards), which allows you to include all subtypes that exist for an infotype, for example.
For the data you have entered, select the Active field for each row.
Note
Note that if you activate the creation of change documents for all infotypes, system performance suffers as a consequence. Therefore, activate the creation of change documents specifically for the combination of plan version, object type, and infotype/subtype for which you require this function.
Example
Table settings:
Plan Version Object Type Infotype Subtype Active
01 O 1002 * X
01 S 1002 0001 X
Further notes
For more information about the creation of change documents, see the menu under Help -> Application Help or the SAP Library under Human Resources -> HR Tools -> Change Documents for Personnel Planning Infotypes.
