In this step, you can change the standard key words of the evaluation groups. In this way, you can assign your own names to the individual evaluation groups. The system then replaces the standard key words with your key words. Your names then appear in all screens, in reporting, and in the short text of the field help.
Example
For example, you can replace the key word "Evaluation group 1" with the key word "Type of acquisition." Then under the evaluation group you might have 0001 "Coin Interface", 0002 "Manual," and so on.
Standard settings
In the standard system, the evaluation group has the key word "Evaluation group X" (X = 1 to 5) and the corresponding abbreviations.
Activities
Change the key words of the evaluation groups which you want to have a specific meaning:
- for short, middle and long texts in screens
- for column headings
- for a short description in the field help
Note
It is essentially possible to change the key words of all data elements in the system (Transaction CMOD -> Text enhancements). For more information, see the documentation in the chapter "Text extensions" in the online manual for the transaction CMOD (under Help).
