Use
In this IMG step, you can set the message type for selected messages in the area of posting. The messages are then sorted by application area, which you can recognize on the basis of the messages that appear.
Requirements
The message has to be set up as configurable. This includes the value range of the allowed message types, as well as a standard message type.
Standard settings
In the standard system there no default message types entered. The system adopts the standard message type that is entered in table T100S.
Activities
Example
You can set up message AA 348, for example, so that it is only issued as a warning in dialog. To do so, you would choose message class AA and then create entry 348 with the value: Online = 'W' .
